Military lodges come and go with the movements of the troops. When I was at Camp Victory, Iraq, there were four(4) lodges operating, that was in Jun-Jul-Aug of 2009. I suggest that you check with the Chaplain’s office (Masonry is NOT a religion, but Chaplains often assist the Masons, and provide them with meeting space, and administrative support). You should also check with the MWR center. And look around for any soldiers/officers/NCOs who are wearing a Masonic ring, you can ask them directly.
You may wish to start an informal Masonic assembly on your base.
Please email me at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) I can assist, as well.
I am at Kandahar Afghanistan, and we have one PH lodge, and one Canadian lodge, here.
