Greetings. You need not know any Masons, in order to petition (apply for) Masonry.  You should be prepared to give the names/addresses of two or three people, who can vouch for your character. (These individuals need not be Masons). You will not be asked to join Masonry, the decision must be yours alone, without any outside pressure or influence. Masonry stresses free will, and free association.

Most individuals, like yourself, just contact the lodge either by telephone or email. You must tell the lodge secretary, that you request a petition (application form). You must then fill out the petition form, and return it to the lodge secretary. Once your qualifications to participate are confirmed, you will be notified of how to proceed.

Please send me a PM, with your name/address/phone/email, and I will assist you in locating a lodge in your area of residence.

Please visit this website:

http://masonicinfo.com/approaching.htm

for a good “capsule” description of Freemasonry, and the application process. The procedure is simple, but there is a procedure, that must be followed.

I bid you “welcome” to Freemasonry!!
