About a year ago or so, I got a hold of Member on the phone, and Ask him some questions, and then after asking he gave me some instructions, which was to mail something to his house, which I did, and I never heard back from said person.

I just wondering, if that meant I went about it wrong, or just got lost in the shuffle.

It is quite possible that you were overlooked or the information you sent was misplaced.  Many lodge secretaries and other membership contact positions change from year to year, and these men do this in their spare time.  I would recommend following up with him.  If you can’t reach him, try contacting the lodge directly again.  It could be that he had moved or has misplaced your information.
