I have a question regarding criticism of freemasonry.
Why is Freemasonry so criticized in the UK where the Grand Lodge is , while in the US or any other country for that matter , it is seen as something perfectly normal ?
I mean , in the US , people find it normal to be part of a fraternity in college . What on Earth is happening abroad ?

Your question is complicated, and has many answers. There are many fine British Freemasons (Sir Winston Churchill, etc) Not all British people criticize the Freemasons. Uninformed people often criticize organizations and institutions which they do not understand. For many people, Masonry is like the Roschach test (ink blots) that you take in the psychologist’s office. You see what you want to see. Many dictators (Hitler, Franco, etc) stamped out Freemasonry in their countries.

Thanks for the reply.
I know it is a sensitive subject.
But as I said in a previous post , I do suspect that these people that predict cataclysms and warn you of “Armageddon”, and want you to know the so called truth are hoaxes. Their tactics are just too obvious , and after a while , easy to see through. Thanks for the heads up.
