Has anybody read Observing The Craft, by Andrew Hammer?
It looks like a good book. Just wondering if it’s an easy or hard read.

I think that a discussion of the merits of this book is more suited for a site dedicated to Masonry in general.  This site exists mainly to help guide men who are interested in joining the craft.  This book is really more for Masons interested in the direction of the fraternity.

I highly suggest you bring this book up on forum.mastermason.com as that site is more general in it’s subject matter.

However, I can say that Andrew Hammer is very knowledgable and I would recommend to fellow Masons reading what he has put together.

Thanks Bro. Dan.
I was actually hoping to find a forum like the one you recommended. I don’t want to clutter up this site with stuff that doesn’t belong here.

No problem.  I find that forum to be a great resource, and it welcomes Masons and non-Masons alike.  It is not sponsored or endorsed by the sponsors of this site (the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts), but several of us are active on that forum and it is truly a great place to discuss any Masonic issue.
