Hi, everyone. I have a presentation on “357”. I even have a jacket with “357” on the collar.  I’ve found the numbers independently, but not together. Before I can do my presentation or wear my jacket I need to know what I’m representing. Please help me, Thx!

I actually googled this and came across this site http://twtmag.blogspot.com/2011/04/proclamation-357.html
Not sure if this is correct as I have not heard of it before. But I like that article^
Im sure someone who knows more about it will comment.

Hi there. Are you a Mason talking about the numbers 3, 5, and 7 separately, or as a number itself? The three separately are of course important to Freemasonry as the 3, 5, and 7 steps leading to the Middle Chamber in the the Second Degree.

I don’t know any significance of the number itself. If somebody else does please enlighten us.

Though back in my police officer days in Texas I would hear people say, “I see you’re prone to the 357” as a little test to see if they might be a Mason. I wasn’t one then so I always said “No, it’s a 41, but I’m really more of a 45 guy”

I’ll think you find it is 3,5 and 7, not 357 and it refers to certain steps that we come across during our Degrees.

Can we see a photo of the jacket?  I’m not sure how you can make a presentation on 3,5,7 if you don’t know about it.  Doesn’t sound like much of a presentation ;)

I was kinda wondering about that myself. I had assumed the OP was refering to the 3, 5 & 7 individually.

Why would you ask about this and where are you going to make a presentation about this? If you are a FC..

Since the original poster has not returned since the day of their post, let’s just let this one be, shall we?  Sometimes people just pop in and post really odd questions and then never come back.  This appears to be one of them.
