When becoming a freemason, does the college/highschool you attend matter?

When becoming a Freemason, ones own education does not matter.  Many Masons have College Degree’s, many have High School diplomas, and many have GED’s, or minimal schooling.  Freemasonry looks at a mans character and belief in a supreme being above all else.  If you are a man of good character, and have a belief in a supreme being, you are more then qualified to become a Freemason.

Best Wishes

Agreed.  The amount of education that a man has, and the number of degrees, or which high school he attended, is of no concern to Masonry.  The requirements to petition the Craft, are clearly spelled out on the Grand Lodge web sites, of the individual’s state of residence.
