Are there teachings and rituals that support the idear of afterlife in Freemasonry or the concept just remains as a choice to the members?

Freemasonry is NOT a religion, it has no religious teachings. Each Freemason follows his own faith,
and his belief is fashioned by that.

In many jurisdictions a belief in the afterlife is a requirement for applying to join a lodge. We don’t teach anything about this as it is already known before the applicant can be considered.

Freemasonry like a club, may you find people in that club who believe in the afterlife and other who do not believe,
but despite their different beliefs they agree to help each other in worldly matters.
