Good Evening Brethren,
Just checking in reading some post here and just happy as I continue through the seats. This year I have the privilege of sitting in the Senior Wardens Chair. It is going to be a fun year as I prepare to get ready for the year and especially our Inspection Season. I really enjoyed last year as Senior Deacon which I learned a lot with the Candidates.  This year will be challenging for me and I am really excited!  Hopefully next year will be in the East. I’m still working on my first Lecture and hope to deliver that soon in the FC Degree. This will be my 4th year and how quickly the time goes! Really trying to learn and take in as much as I can with out getting overwhelmed. I wished I would have joined years ago as a young man. Im here now and Proud to be a Mason!!!!
                                  Continued Learning and Success,

I would like to congratulate you on your progress.  I do have a question though.  Did you go from Sr. Deacon to Sr. Warden and somehow bypass the Jr. Warden chair?

Bro Ed,
The Brother in line ahead of me last year did not want to progress and dropped out. As a result I was asked if interested and voted in. I watch everything the JW chair does and will no doubt sit in the South someday! I do know the role of the JW and could sit there now if I had to. For now I’m progressing and moving on.

I was just curious how that could happen that’s all.  In Pennsylvania you have to sit in the JW chair before moving up to the SW chair and then to WM in the East. You cannot skip a chair here. Must be different in Ohio. Thanks for answering my question and enjoy the year in your new position.
