Greetings Brethren,

Anyone from Lake Buena Vista - Orlando, FL area?

I will be there for 20 days and would be nice to meet with some Brethren, or even visit your Lodge.

If yes, please let me know so that I ask our Secretary for the formalities.

Fraternally,

The correct procedure is for your Secretary to contact your Grand Lodge to request a letter of introduction to be presented to the lodge(s) you plan to visit. Your Grand Lodge will then contact the Grand Lodge in the Jurisdiction you are visiting and notify them of your plans.

Work with your Secretary first. This process takes about 30 days.

Brother John,

I have received already a letter of introduction from my GL. My concern is to meet Brethren who are in the region.

If, only if, there will be regular meeting, than definitely my secretary will communicate with them.

Anyway, thanks for the info.

Regards,
