Dear Brethren

I hope everyone is fine.

I noticed some posts from years ago regarding a regular lodge in Amman-Jordan, I was initiated, passed and raised in a lodge in England under the United Grand Lodge of England, however I moved back to Jordan, I would love to proceed in my masonic career. It would be really appreciated if anyone can help me in this manner.

Yours S&F

As an English Mason you can still (regardless of where you live) make the contact through your Lodge Secretary to the Grand Chancellor’s Office to identify if there are any contacts in Jordan.

Welcome Dear Brother,

I agree with Bro Mike,

I advise you to follow correct masonic protocol, Contact Your Secretary.

There are Regular masonic Lodges operating in Jordan under the Scottish Constitution which you will be directed to by your Grand Lodge.

Best of luck!!

Dear Brethren

Basically what is happening is that my mentor is trying to sorting it out, he told me there is no contacts between UGLE and Jordan, so that got me a little bit confused.

Are you the same person with 2 accounts here?

Anyways, your Grand lodge surely does not have contact with Jordan, since Jordan has no Grand Lodge, ask your lodge to contact Scotland. Lodges in Jordan are under the jurisdiction of the GLOS.

Peace

Dear Brother
Yes, I posted a reply from my new account as I had this one time ago, and it took some time until it was activated.

Your Mentor is not actually the right person (unless he is the Secretary), the Secretary of your Lodge deals with all communication to the Province and also to the Grand Lodge. Grand Lodge will come back after it has spoken to the GL of Scotland about it.
