Last year’s Open House’s across many states were very successful, as thousands of visitors came through the doors of Masonic lodges, saw the facilities, and met real Freemasons. If you missed the Open Houses, there may be more in the Spring in your state.
We will list State Open Houses here when we hear of them. But you don’t have to wait for an Open House. If you are interested in Freemasonry, you can ask your questions on the Forum here—and if you want to learn how to become a Mason, contact any of the Ambassadors on this Forum and we can direct you to a person at a Lodge near you who can help you get started.
If you are interested in Freemasonry—or just wonder what all the talk is about—please feel free to stop by a Lodge in your city or town whenever an Open House is put on - Dress is usually casual for Open Houses—and although members may be wearing a jacket and slacks, please come as you are. Last year many people just “stopped in” as part of a day with their family. We welcome wives, children, mothers, fathers and all of your friends.
If you have never seen a Masonic Lodge, I encourage you to have a look. Many of the Lodge buildings themselves are quite memorable, and I am sure you will find the time worthwhile.
If you have questions about any Open House, feel free to use this thread to ask them.
