I Am Not A Mason Yet, But I Have No Dought In My Mind That I Will Join This Great BrotherHood Someday. I Am No A Published Writer But Thats Another Dream Soon To Be Acomplished. I Was Born To Be Somebody! And I Feel Becoming A Mason Will Speed-Up My Destiny. History Has Bin A Subject I Admired Most, And Threw Times Ive Noticed That All Great Men Have Lived To Build For The Future In The Masonic Order. I Could Be One Of Those Men.. Even The Writer I Most Admire, And Hope To Reach Or Even Pass His Level Of Impact To The World Was A Mason, “The Father Of Literature” Mark Twain. I Belive In A Supreme Being. Godd. But I Feel People Misunderstood The Bible As “Gods Words”. For It Is Just A Book To Teach People To Live In Peace, And Love, And How The Power Of The Mind Could Make Us Live Like So. As You See I Am Only 19, I Feel That I Am Wise, “But A Man Who Settles With The Knowledge Of Now, Dont Deserve To Learn Tomorrow”. I See Greatness In Me, And I Need A Future Brother To See The Potential In Me As Well. Thank You For Those Who Took Ther Wonderful Time On Reading This. And Let You All Building The Future For This New World Be Blessed!

Congratulations on your capitalization skills!  Welcome to the forum.  Please remember that this is not a place to discuss religion.  We are happy to discuss Masonic activities, and we would most certainly cover how one becomes a Mason.

There is plenty of info on here, so I highly recommend that you do some reading and be sure to share any questions you may have.

I don’t understand why you are capitalizing every word.  I was saying congratulations on your capitalization because I was making a joke about that!  :)

At any rate, I hope you enjoy the site and I hope you get all the answers you are looking for.  Please let us know if you can’t find the answers to your questions, and again…welcome to the site!

Yes, I might have been hinting at that…but I’m sort of obsessed with proper writing so don’t mind me.  I could also have suggested using the spell checker right down under the box where you enter your text to tell you that there is no X in “Especially”, that “Kno” actually ends with a w.

I know I’m a stickler for that stuff sometimes, and I appologize, but you have to recognize the irony of starting off a conversation by saying that you believe you are wise, and then can’t put together a correct sentence or paragraph.

I’m not picking on you.  Many men struggle with writing skills, so take this as advice.  Look into one of those Mark Twain books you mentioned.  Does Brother Samuel Clemens capitalize every word?

Anyway, I don’t mean to stray from the subject, and I really do respect that you’ve come asking questions.  I will continue to provide answers as best as I can, but please know that part of being a Mason is attempting to improve yourself and putting your best foot forward.  If my suggestions here help you do that, then we all benefit!

I hope you aren’t offended.  I just figure maybe you were never told about these errors.

There is no need to apologize , we are taught to study Grammar and Rhetoric as Freemasons . So we , the Freemasons , on here should all be sticklers for proper grammar and punctuation .

Alright then Mr. Madore you won, and you are right. And MacB40 is also, no need to apologize. I want a career in writing, so i understand where you’re coming from on being obsessed in writing whell. That capitalizing is almost a habit for me on computer communication. Im 19, Pop-Culture is all about typing with slang, capitalizing is my way of being different from the others.

About the irony in me “starting” my paragraph saying “i am wise”. You must of misunderstood. When i say wise, i dont mean I have some great scholarly knowledge of or on anything. What i acually mean is that i have, whell i believe i have good judgment and an understanding of true peace in the mind.

But Samuel Clemens was a great writer, even now im still reading “The Complete Works of Mark Twain “The Mysterious Stranger”“, But thats not why hes my favorite. He is who i look up to. So I take hes Quotes as inspirational, And ther is one i love most of his “I Got No Respect For A Man Who Could Only Spell A Word One Way.” So if it could be read, It isnt “misspelled”. The mistake is only in the mind. It’s not that i dont know how to spell, or i dont bother using spell check, but he’s right. Who is really to say how a word is spelled right or wrong.

So Thank You Mr. Madore, I’m not at all offended. You sound like a smart man. I take your words as advices, you are not picking on me. Non-capitalized lettering does look better. HaHaa And Steve, Thank you for the wishes in my journey. For a wealth of knowledge is what i seek

Bravo, Eli!!!!  Much much better.

Anyway, we’re glad you’re here and I certainly wish you the best on our Masonic journey.  Have you petitioned a lodge for membership yet?

OH, AND BTW, I TOTALLY GET THE WHOLE POP CULTURE TYPING STYLE, BUT IMHO, IT IS BETTER TO COMMUNICATE MY POINTS AS CLEARLY AS POSSIBLE!
LMAO!  :)
