This is the second time that I ask if there are any freemasons in Albania. I know that there is no Grand Lodge in Albania, but I think that we should have one. Anyone that can help in anyway is very-very welcomed.

It seams to be very hard to have any news about Freemasonery in Albania. For what I see there can be only two reasons for this silence: 1. Albania is a Muslim country (70%). 2. No one cares about it. I hope I’m wrong!

Gentlemen….you are forgetting one very important fact when feeling your frustration that no Albanian Masons are answering your query:

There may not be any Albanian Masons registered on this site!!!!!

This site is made by members of the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts.  It is primarily about how to become a Mason in Massachusetts.  Most of its members are FROM Massachusetts.  While we discuss all things Masonic, you have to understand that it is entirely possible that if there ARE any Masons living in Albania, they may simply not know this site exists, or have no interest in participating in it.

To answer the requests of the two gentlemen, I am an Albanian freemason currently residing in Tirane, Albania.  I have already met with a gentlemen from Albania who had a great interest in becoming a brother.
