Bio

In 1994 I joined Rural Lodge in Quincy.  My family has been involved in Freemasonry for a couple of generations.  On the night I was made a Mason my father served as the Master of the lodge and his father was in attendance.  My mother’s father was also a Mason.

My father was in the Army and I spent most of my youth moving around the country.  We were also stationed in Pusan, South Korea for two years.  My parents are both from Quincy and I graduated from high school in Weymouth, so I consider the South Shore to be home.  After graduating from college in Virginia I continued living out of the area until I moved back from Colorado three years ago.  I started getting active in the Fraternity at the same time and I am now the Senior Deacon, a junior officer, in my lodge.  I am also a member of the Scottish Rite, York Rite, and Shrine.

I have the great fortune of also serving Freemasonry on a professional basis.  I was hired as the Director of Communications and Development for the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts in April 2005 and am involved in our marketing, public relations, and advertising efforts, in addition to working in Membership Development and Fund Raising.
